1.) What is your processing time on orders?
At this time our processing time is 1-3 business days.
2.) Do you ship internationally?
At this current moment we are not shipping internationally but please check back to see if this option will be available.
3.) What do I do if I input the wrong address?
If you notice that your address is incorrect after the order has already been placed, please email us immediately at wholesale@cammakesscents.com so we can adjust it before shipping out your order!
4.) What should I do if my package says delivered, but I have not received it?
Once orders leave our facility, they become the property of the shipper and unfortunately we have little control over how the carrier cares for it on its way to you. If your package says delivered and you are unable to locate, please contact your family members and neighbors first as they often end up in familiar hands. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact your shipping provider.
5.) Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we do. Free shipping will be applied automatically for all orders over $60. Please note that this only applies to orders over $60 before taxes have been applied.
